We love all of our clients at Studio MJ, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Hair Studio. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. All services booked require a credit card on file, the card will not be charged unless requested to be used as a form of payment by the client, deposits, or one of the following events below occurs.

Clients will be charged 50% of their total for the booked services if canceled, rescheduled, or no-shows within 24 hours of their appointment time. 15 minutes late or more for your appointment will result in a cancellation/ no-show. In the case of the failure to pay your cancellation/no-show fee, all future appointments will require a 100% non refundable deposit of the appointment price.  Deposits placed for Lash Extension appointments will be refunded if canceled in the allotted time.

Color/chemical treatment appointments must book a consultation appointment before any further appointments may be booked.
